This policy implements Ohio law which provides for suspension from employment upon arrest and for termination upon conviction of crime of violence.

Workplace Violence

This policy governs violence or threats of violence in the workplace. Threatening, intimidating, or violent behavior will not be tolerated. If such conduct occurs, it should be promptly reported to the proper authorities (police and/or appropriate personnel office) and will be investigated.
