Regional Orientation Advising

Welcome to Miami Regionals! As part of your orientation process, new and new transfer students attend a one-on-one remote advising meeting with one of our professional advisors. In this session, you'll discuss your major, your placement testing, classes you will take, and the registration process. We'll answer your questions and help you get connected with other Regional offices and resources. Most importantly, we'll get to know you and you'll get to meet an advisor who will help you make that transition into your first semester at Miami Regionals.

Here is a video explaining what to expect during your orientation advising appointment
