Creating a Culture of Customer Service Excellence

When it comes to customer satisfaction, we all play a role in bringing the best to our customers. Taught by Miami University Department of Commerce faculty, participants in this 4-week online course will:

  • Explore what world-class service looks like today and some of the companies that have achieved it.
  • Observe what it takes for a company to meet or exceed their customer's expectations.
  • Gain a greater understanding for how impactful employee empowerment is in creating a culture of service excellence.
  • Gain a new perspective with the trends and technology that are quickly changing the ways we offer excellent customer service. 

Details

This course is non-credit and results in a digital credential that can be shared and added to your LinkedIn profile, electronic resume, and email signature.

Businesses that have at least 2 employees complete the course will receive a window sticker and digital badge to indicate to customers that they are "Customer Service Excellence Certified".

Paying for the Credential

  • Individuals can register at a cost of $200.
  • Businesses registering at least 2 employees may be eligible for 2-for-1 registration.
  • Group rates are available.
  • Scholarships are available for those who meet the criteria.
