Design projects range from posters and postcards promoting academic programs to event graphics. No matter the project, all of our work is produced in accordance with Miami's brand standards.

Timelines

We encourage you to start planning early for copy or content development, design, client review, editing, printing, vendor quotes, and schedules to maximize your success!

Timelines depend on complete information being submitted along with your project proposal request, and that the client review process is completed within two business days. If reviews are not completed and returned within that timeframe, this extends the time to complete the project.

Projects requiring multiple deliverables will REQUIRE a concept meeting before the request is accepted and the project timeline is assigned.

Disclaimer - During high volume times of the semester, a few additional days will be needed for project completion.

Project Creative Process Printing/Postal Delivery Request in Advance
Digital screen slides, web graphics, and presentations 1 Week N/A 2-3 Weeks
Postcards, formal event invite with envelope, and mailers four pages or less (client provides copy) 2 Weeks

Printing: 10-14 business days depending on quantity.

Mail Delivery: Nonprofit rate postage will deliver in 5-15 business days.

First-class postage will deliver in up to 4 business days.

Posters, fliers, two-sided 8.5 x11 hand out, and sell sheets 2 Weeks

Printing: 7-10 business days depending on quantity.

In-house print of 20 or fewer units will be printed on lower-quality paper. 3 business days.

Document remediation takes up to 10 business days.

Brochures, signage, and programs 3 Weeks

Printing: 7-10 business days depending on quantity.

Form must be filled out before the request can be evaluated. A concept meeting is REQUIRED before the project kickoff begins.
