Marketing Services
Design
Design projects range from posters and postcards promoting academic programs to event graphics. No matter the project, however, all of our work is produced in accordance with Miami's brand standards.

Digital Screens
There are a variety of digital screens on the Hamilton campus, Middletown campus and Voice of America Learning Center. These screens are various sizes and rotate static images for display. You can request a slide to be created by our staff or you can submit your own design for review through our request form. Slides for review need to be 2834 (wide) x 1600 (height) pixels in a png/pg format and need three business days for approval. Slides designed by our team need to be requested three weeks in advance of the date needed to be displayed on screens.
Electronic Forms
Formstack is the recommended solution for electronic forms. It is a commercial website that allows you to easily create accessible online forms using drag and drop functionality within a Miami University Regionals brand template that is ADA compliant.
Photography
The Office of Marketing and Communications maintains a photo archive; contact us to make a photo request. We can also arrange a photoshoot on your behalf. Depending on the project, there may be a cost associated and budget approval from the department chair is required before production can begin.
Video
All video services should be coordinated through the Office of Marketing and Communications. Please contact Ruth Orth for more information and to schedule a meeting. Depending on the project there is a cost associated with video production and budget approval from the department chair is required before work can begin.
All videos MUST BE closed-captioned for accessibility.
Web
All pages must adhere to web accessibility guidelines and Miami branding standards. For more information, contact our Regional Digital Marketing Content Specialist.
All PDFs that will be uploaded to the Regionals website MUST be remediated for ADA compliance. There is a cost associated with this service.
Communication Services
Email Marketing
Emma is Miami's platform for planning, designing and optimizing targeted email campaigns. It is your ADA compliant option for sending marketing email communication. There is a cost associated with its use.
Events Calendar
Miami University has an interactive online events calendar hosted by Localist. Events specific to Miami University Regionals are under a specific Regional Campuses calendar. Student organization events are fed through The Hub to the Regional Campuses calendar if you are a department affiliated organization. All other events must be submitted three weeks in advance via the PR Request form.
Media Releases
To submit information for a media release, use the PR Request Form. Provide the following information in your request: who, what, where, when, why, as well as any costs associated with attendance. Please send your information at least two weeks in advance of your event.
Social Media
Miami University Regionals maintains a social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok. Please contact our Social Media and Communications Specialist for more information. All postings must follow Miami University guidelines for social media.
