Design

Design projects range from posters and postcards promoting academic programs to event graphics. No matter the project, all of our work is produced in accordance with Miami's brand standards.

Our passion is telling the Miami story and services such as photography and videography, play a key role in the development and projection of the University's brand and delivery of its key messages. Our style reflects and reinforces our brand strategy and positioning, portraying moments in authentic ways.

Email Marketing

Emma is an enterprise email marketing system that is used for community outreach and event promotion.

Slate, a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, is a comprehensive platform for admissions and enrollment management, student success, and alumni/advancement. Social Media

Miami University Regionals maintains a social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok. Please contact our Digital Communications Specialist for more information. All postings must follow Miami University guidelines for social media.

The marketing team plays an instrumental role in the rollout of new majors and programs. They offer valuable insight, have knowledge of the industry’s best practices, and have conducted benchmarking to assure plans for promotion are strategic, cohesive, and within brand standards.

Media Releases/Stories

To submit information for a media release or story idea, use the Project Proposal Request form. Provide the following information in your request: who, what, where, when, why, as well as any costs associated with attendance. Please send your information at least two weeks in advance of your event.
