Miami University Regionals to Host Leadership Development Workshop

Miami University Regionals’ Voice of American Learning Center will host “Leading Through Strengths”, a professional development workshop for individual and team growth on February 19, 8 am – 12 pm.

This workshop will help participants use the elements that define high performing teams, workgroups and individuals based on work with over 400,000 workgroups and interviews with 2,000 managers. Participants will learn the difference between a talent and strength, how strengths are developed, four common myths that prevent them from utilizing strengths, and how to identify and increase the use of their strengths.

Reservation is required. The cost to attend this event is $40, which includes a strength assessment, the book Strength Finders 2.0, the professional workshop and light refreshments.
