January Orientation - Orientation Fees

Nearly all costs for the orientation program are already included in student tuition & fees. However, you will need to pay for meals during January orientation. If you are living on campus and need to move in to your assigned residence hall room prior to Sunday, January 26, 2020, there is a nightly charge.

Orientation Housing Charges

Many new students attending January orientation will need to move into their residence hall rooms before the spring term housing contract begins on Sunday, January 26, 2020. If you are local and you don't need to move in to attend orientation, you may commute from home until that date. Otherwise, you will be charged an early arrival housing fee of $26-$39, depending on your residence hall room and building type, for each night prior to Sunday, January 26. For more information, visit Accommodations and Food.

Student meal plans begin at 9am on Sunday, January 26, 2020. Student meals are not provided during January orientation; campus dining will be available in the Armstrong Student Center, where you may purchase meals with cash or credit cards. You can always find the full list of dining hall hours online at the Dining Services website.
