LSAMP (Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation) is a program funded by the National Science Foundation to increase the number of underrepresented STEM workers and graduate students.  The objectives of the Early Arrival Program are to teach the basics of scientific research and study methods that will help new students succeed at Miami University.

All LSAMP Early Arrival Program attendees will participate in MADE@Miami.

Cost & Eligibility

The LSAMP Early Arrival Program is free for all LSAMP eligible participants. Students accepted into this program must be pursuing a supportable STEM degree; from an ethnic group underrepresented in the sciences (African American, Native American, Hispanic, Native Alaskan or Pacific Islander); and be a US Citizen or permanent resident.

To access the LSAMP application, you must log into your Applicant Status page. This is the same location you logged into to apply for Miami as well as see your Admission decision online.
