The Hawk Herald is a newsletter for new students at Miami University. Each edition is packed with information, tips, and resources that will support your transition to Miami's academic and student life. It's a good idea to stay up-to-date on important information for new students by reading the Hawk Herald, which is sent regularly to the Miami University email address of all new students.
Class of 2027 Hawk Herald
First-year students entering in the Fall 2023 semester will receive regular issues of the Hawk Herald to their Miami University email address. Family members of new students also receive copies of the Hawk Herald. An archive of newsletters will be available on this page after each newsletter is sent.
Hawk Herald for Transfer Students
Transfer students who have confirmed their admission to Miami University will begin receiving the Hawk Herald in early May 2023. An archive of newsletters will be available on this page after each newsletter is sent.
