About Miami Discovery Bound

Get a jumpstart on discovering your major and career interests by participating in Miami Discovery Bound! The College of Arts and Science (CAS), Office of Exploratory Studies (OES), and the Mallory Wilson Center (MWC) are collaborating to provide a program sponsored by the Center for Career Exploration and Success (CCES) for students designed to engage them in the exploration process before the start of the semester.

Participating in the program before the school year begins is a great way to simply just focus on you! Once the first day of school rolls around students become busy with their classes, making new friends, and being involved in campus activities. This program will allow you to concentrate your efforts, without the everyday student distractions.

Our goal is that by participating in Miami Discovery Bound you are laying the foundation for your Miami journey, through the discovery of opportunities and networking connections to build that resume, so that you can achieve your dreams post graduation.
