Resources For Incoming Students

  • CCES Blog:We have a Career Center Blog, where we share perspectives from current students, recent alumni, employers, and others in the Miami Career Community.
  • Handshake is a tool Miami students use to engage with CCES and get connected to great opportunities. Whether it's registering for an event, making an appointment with a career advisor, or applying for an internship they'll want to become familiar with this tool. An account was automatically created for each student upon enrollment at Miami University. Students can log in to activate their account and select a career cluster. Handshake will then recommend jobs and internships based on their profile. Watch our Handshake Overview.
