Get the most out of your undergraduate anthropology study by getting involved in undergraduate research. From tracking monkeys in the jungles of Ecuador to shadowing Tibetan traditional healers to analyzing Navajo Twitter feeds to delving into the history of artifacts in our material culture collections, anthropology majors have engaged in myriad research projects on campus and around the world. Students begin learning research skills in their core courses; upper division research courses prepare you for independent research projects, field schools, and working with faculty researchers.
