Stokes Scholars Living Learning Community

Stokes Scholars Living/Learning Community is a residential community of first-year undergraduate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) students who will be Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP) Scholars.​ LSAMP encourages academic excellence, mutual social support, and community engagement as students transition to Miami's Oxford campus. All first-year LSAMP Scholars are required to live in the Stokes Scholars LLC.

Registration

Once admitted to the University, ​all incoming first-year students that have been accepted and confirmed participation in the LSAMP Scholars Program are required to request the Stokes Scholars LLC when completing their general Miami housing application.

FIND YOUR PASSION - Miami University has 600+ student organizations including the Minority Association of Pre-Health Students (MAPS), National Association of Black Engineers, oStem @ Miami University, Society for the Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science, Society of Women Engineers, Healthcare Business Sales Organization, Society of Women in Medicine, and National Organization of Minority Architecture Students
