Assistantships for Graduate Students

FSW graduate students may be able to be awarded full or part-time Assistantships. Recipients received an annual stipend and also receive full or partial tuition waivers and partial remission of the out-of-state tuition surcharges (if applicable, depending on the specific award). Graduate students who are awarded an FSW Assistantship are assigned to an FSW faculty member and assist her/him with teaching and research activities. Assistantship responsibilities range from 10-20 work hours per week depending on the nature of the award. To be considered for an Assistantship, please indicate contact the FSW Graduate Director,

Students in the Master of Arts in Social Work program are not eligible to be awarded graduate assistantships.
