Departmental Notes:

  • A 2.0 GPA in all major courses (including MGT 291) is required to graduate.
  • MGT 304 will satisfy the Diversity requirement through summer 2017.
  • MGT 495 satisfies the Business Capstone requirement.
  • MGT 474 is offered spring only.
  • Students must complete 3 MGT Electives from the following: ESP 401 or ESP 461, ISA 291, MGT 402, 404, 405, 406, 414, or 416.

General Requirements:

  • All students must earn 128 hours to graduate; minimum of 64 hours of non-business coursework required.
  • A 2.0 GPA overall and 2.0 GPA in business are required to graduate.
  • FSB students must select a thematic sequence outside the School of Business (ISA 2 is the only exception to this rule). You must declare your thematic sequence; contact sponsoring department to do so.
  • Pre-requisite information available in the Miami Bulletin.
  • Diversity courses may meet GMP Intercultural Perspectives.
  • First-Year Integrated Core (BUS 101, BUS 102, ESP 103, BUS 104) satisfies GMP Experiential Learning.
