Departmental Notes:

  • A 2.0 GPA in all major courses is required to graduate.
  • MGT 431 & MGT 432 should be taken together; both courses must be taken prior to MGT 498.
  • Students should take MGT 498 their senior year
  • Students should not take ISA 303 later than the fall semester senior year.
  • MGT 495 satisfies the Business Capstone requirement.

General Requirements:

  • All students must earn 128 hours to graduate; minimum of 64 hours of non-business coursework required.
  • A 2.0 GPA overall and 2.0 GPA in business are required to graduate.
  • FSB students must select a thematic sequence outside the School of Business (ISA 2 is the only exception to this rule). You must declare your thematic sequence; contact sponsoring department to do so.
  • Pre-requisite information available in the Miami Bulletin.
  • Diversity courses may meet GMP Intercultural Perspectives.
  • Most FSB Students satisfy GMP Experiential Learning with an internship (e.g., MGT 340); Supply Chain & Operations Management students satisfy Experiential Learning with MGT 432.
