Reserve MacMilllan Hall Flags
Global Initiatives is pleased to display over 100 flags from around the world in MacMillan Hall. Each flag represents a country of origin for our past and present international students. Departments around campus as well as Miami University’s student organizations are welcome to borrow our flags for display purposes at events and functions throughout the year.
Reserve the Flags
- Complete the online request form to check availability
- Receiving confirmation of availability from a Global Initiatives staff member
- Arrive at 214 MacMillan Hall scheduled day and time for flag pick-up
Care of Flags
- It is free to borrow the flags, but the requester will be held responsible for the full price of the flag, pole and stand if it is not returned in the same condition
- If help is needed to transport the flags, please contact Trucking Services at 513-529-7035
- Pick up and drop off of the flags will be scheduled for normal business hours only (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm).
