In order to install critical software updates, IT Services will be performing maintenance on internet routers which feed the Oxford, Hamilton, and Middletown campuses. The schedule is as follows:

• Dec. 21, 6 to 7 am: Middletown and Hamilton network routers will be rebooted. Please expect a five-minute outage of phone, wireless, wired, and internet service to all devices at the Middletown and Hamilton campuses during this window.
• Dec. 22, 6 to 7 am: The Oxford State Buildings network routers will be rebooted. Please expect a five-minute outage of phone, wireless, wired, and internet service to the Oxford campus State Buildings during this window.
• Jan. 6, 2022, 5:30 to 6:30 am: The Miami University internet routers will be rebooted. Please expect a five-minute internet and VPN outage. This means all campuses (including VOA and Luxembourg) will be without internet for up to five minutes during this window. This will not affect standard campus phone services; Jabber and Webex-based softphones will be affected.
