CyberMania

cybermania logo showing logos from Miami University and Ohio UniversityThis month, as part of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month, Miami is competing with Ohio University to see who can get the most people to answer our cybersecurity quiz! We have put together a series of questions all about cybersecurity to raise awareness about why it is so important. We’re calling it: CyberMania!

Schools like Miami all over the country are beefing up their cybersecurity programs. Here, we deployed CrowdStrike on institutional machines to combat ransomware; we employ tools like a robust network firewall to block malware; and the Information Security Office investigates every reported instance of phishing.

CyberMania is about having fun while learning about cybersecurity – keeping all of us engaged and safe.
