Billing and Payment

There are many ways that you can pay your Miami University bill. You must submit appropriate payment by the due date to avoid a $150 late fee and possible course registration cancellation. Students are responsible for ensuring their account balance is paid in full by the published due date. You can make a payment online, by mail, or in-person.

1. Pay Online

We are pleased to offer you a secure online service to pay your bill. Our secure online service accepts payments by eCheck (electronic check), Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept the following international credit cards: China UnionPay, BC Card, JCB, and Diners Club International. If you pay with a credit card, you will be charged a convenience fee. Please be sure to read the rates and terms.

Student, Faculty, and Staff

3. Mail/Deliver Your Payment

Be advised that we only accept checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders. Make all checks payable to Miami University and write the student’s name and Banner ID or Unique ID on the check to ensure payment is applied to the correct account. Checks are processed very quickly through the banking system and may clear your bank account on the same day they are received.

If you are on the Oxford campus, you can pay in person. Drop off your payment in the payment drop box located in the One Stop in Nellie Craig Walker Hall. The One Stop is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the summer).
