An article published in the AURCO Journal (Spring 2020, Vol 26) details a year-long Service Partnership Institute (SPI) involving four Regional campus faculty. Dr. Caryn Neumann partnered with the National Voice of America (VOA) Museum of Broadcasting to increase awareness of and attendance at the museum. She also trained volunteer Docents as a means of improving museum attendee experiences.
