What is Work+?

Work+ is a program designed for Miami University Regionals students to obtain an associate or bachelor's degree while working part-time and getting their tuition paid. Students work approximately 24 hours per week with one of our Work+ employers and take classes in a major of their choice. Work+ makes it possible for a student to earn a college degree debt-free!

Paid Tuition

Once you're hired by one of our partner employers, simply sign an agreement with your employer agreeing to work at that company for at least the next calendar year. In exchange for fulfilling the agreement, the employer pays your full tuition bill for fall and spring semesters. Note: Tuition and general fees are paid by the employer. Special purpose and course fees not included.

Weekly Pay

Students in the Work+ program earn above minimum wage. The best part is that your paycheck stays in your pocket AND your tuition is paid.
