All student organization events opened to the public must be approved by the Regional Office of Student Activities and Orientation. Examples of events include dining halls surveys, clothing or bake sales, 5Ks, cookouts or musical events located on- and off-campus.

Event requests (registration) are processed through the Hub and should be submitted 14 days prior to the event. The Hub is a valuable, marketing resource through the Hub's calendar of events and bulletin board (for flyers). Review the sidebar links for additional information.
