Students do much more than take classes while they're in college. They live, eat, study, and more. This page has information about various campus offices, departments, and services that aid students in their success as a college student. To help you navigate the content, start with this list of services and click on the link to be taken to that section of the page. Academic support at Miami: The Rinella Learning Center

The Rinella Learning Center offers learning assessments, academic counseling and coaching, academic interventions, a study strategies course, a workshop series on effective study strategies, individual and group tutoring in high-demand subjects, Supplemental Instruction, and enrichment programming for targeted populations like the Scholastic Enhancement Program and the Access Fellows Program.

One Stop: Financial aid, billing, and student records
The One Stop is the Miami office for students and families who have questions or need information related to the following areas:
- Billing and payments
- Financial assistance
- Registration and academic records
- Military-affiliated family resources
- On the Share Access page, your student can provide you access to specific parts of their student records (and you can also request access).

Student mental health and counseling
The Student Counseling Service is proud to offer Telebehavioral Health Services to address the mental health needs of our students. We provide individual therapy, group therapy, workshops, and Campus Care, all virtually. The HOPE Line is available 24/7 for students to call for immediate support, crisis intervention, and stabilization from a licensed mental health counselor. Below is an overview of these mental health services for students, as well as ways you can assist your student in adjusting to the demands of college:
