Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life

It is the mission of the Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and Leadership to assist our fraternity and sorority community to succeed in living out its shared values of scholarship and learning, service and philanthropy, community, leadership and values, and Brotherhood and Sisterhood among all Fraternity and Sorority chapters at Miami University. Miami Tribe Relations

Miami University and the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma enjoy a trusted and respectful relationship that has developed over almost 40 years, and exists on many levels, institutional and official, academic, and interpersonal. Officially, the Vice President for Student Life serves as the liaison with the Miami Tribe and designates a Student Life staff member to coordinate the varied activities.

Sexual Assault Prevention/Response

Miami University takes the safety of our students seriously. Miami strives to create an environment and culture that is safe for all community members and is respectful of all individuals. Miller Center for Student Disability Services

The Miller Center for Student Disability Services (SDS) provides a number of support services and reasonable accommodations to qualified students with physical, medical, psychological and learning disabilities on the Oxford campus. To register for services, students may go to  www.MiamiOH.edu/SAM and select New Student Application to complete a new student profile and upload supporting documentation. The student will then be contacted by SDS with next steps to establish a reasonable accommodation plan.

Student Health Services

The Student Health Service through TriHealth provides outpatient care to all eligible students. Eligible students include anyone from the Oxford or regional campuses who are enrolled in at least one class. Our staff includes full-time physicians, certified nurse practitioners and a nursing staff to provide quality outpatient care to the students of Miami University. Our services include general medicine and injury care, gynecology, immunizations, psychiatry, and laboratory.

The Office of Student Wellness serves to enhance the community by providing educational resources and services that promote the health and wellness of Miami students. Wilks Institute for Leadership and Service

The Harry T. Wilks Institute for Leadership and Service is committed to the development of "ethical and character leadership for a changing world" and the exploration of transformational leadership with the goal of developing graduates prepared to effect positive change in their organizations and communities. The institute promotes this development through three major components: academic coursework, Leadership Speaker Series, and leadership opportunities.
