U-Lead Pre-semester Program

U-Lead 2021: Leadership in Community

U-Lead is the annual pre-semester Miami Bound program hosted by the Harry T. Wilks Institute for Leadership & Service. This program is designed for incoming first-year students to build community and explore their leadership style.

U-Lead 2021 will be hosted on campus. We are still coordinating details, so check back regularly for updates.

If you have questions, don't hesitate to contact us at wilksleadership@miamioh.edu

We are excited to help you #InspireAction.

U-Lead is an engaging experience designed to introduce incoming students to everything their Miami experience has in store for them. U-Leaders learn about leadership through exploring values based leadership, team building activities, community engagement, and more! Participants will have time to think about extracurricular involvement and leadership opportunities so they can maximize their time at Miami! U-Leaders will form meaningful connections with peers, find leadership opportunities at Miami and explore the broader Oxford community.

U-Lead participants develop meaningful connections and build support networks with other incoming first year students, current student leaders, and staff at Miami. This program is run by undergraduate student leaders, check back for our 2021 Team!
