Kelly Thompson, Miami’s College of Engineering & Computing’s primary career adviser, was recognized for her outstanding efforts assisting paper science students land their dream jobs and internships.

She was awarded the Paper Science & Engineering Foundation (PSEF) Miami Partnership Award on April 10th.

Thompson has been with the Center for Career Exploration & Success since 2015 and serves as the Senior Assistant Director, Marketing & Communications, and as the liaison for CEC.

“She has assisted in planning fruitful networking opportunities for our paper students and corporate partners. But the focus is always on our students and coaching them to realize and market their full skill set and land their first job,” said Gary Rudemiller, PSEF Executive Director, as he announced the award.
