Discovery Café - "Space: The Final Frontier"

Image of Discovery Cafe posterThree members of the Miami University faculty will present “Space: The Final Frontier,” as part of Discovery Café at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, in King Library.

Discovery Café is a casual event where Miami faculty members of different disciplines share their research and answer audience questions. Bob Setlock of engineering; Robbyn Abbitt, GIS coordinator in geography; and Glenn Platt, professor of marketing and director of interactive media studies, will explain how space works through the presentation of their individual research.

Discovery Café is sponsored by the office for the advancement of research and scholarship in celebration of the Year of Creativity and Innovation. It is free and open to the public, and refreshments will be provided.
