
In the mood for cello, piano, violin? Take your pick from recitals Feb. 12-17

Four guest and faculty recitals Sunday through Friday offer music for many moods.
5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12: Faculty Cello Recital:
Featuring Cole Tutino, performing works by Bach, Hindemith and Kodaly.
Tutino joined Miami last fall as visiting instructor of cello.
7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13: Guest Piano Recital:
Featuring Maira Liliestedt, performing works by Beethoven and Prokofiev.
7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14: “Valentine Madness” Recital:
Featuring faculty Andrea Ridilla, oboe; William Albin, percussion; and Cole Tutino, cello. They will perform works by Astor Piazzollo, the world’s foremost composer of tango music; Rogers' and Hart’s “My Funny Valentine”; and Vivaldi’s “Trio Sonata in G Minor," among others.
7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17: Guest Violin Recital:
Featuring Lin He, performing works by Beethoven.
