Brick and Ivy campus store has a new look

Miami University’s Brick & Ivy campus store recently underwent a redesign focused on providing a better shopping experience for students, alumni, parents and visitors.

Brick & Ivy is a one-stop shop for Miami apparel, technology, supplies and gifts. Located in the Shriver Center, it’s the official store of the university and a central retail hub on campus.

The redesign and rebranding includes a new women’s section on the second floor, vibrant photos and wall graphics depicting campus life and new signage for the different product offerings. These additions to the storefront aim to showcase the Miami lifestyle.

The store now carries Miami licensed and unlicensed Yeti products as well as Miami Grind coffee. This Miami exclusive brew is available in 12-ounce ground bags and K-cup packs.

Those who cannot make it to the store can shop online, whether it’s ordering Miami merchandise or upgrading a computer. Keep an eye out on Brick & Ivy’s social media and website for promotions and special offers, which happen monthly.

Brick & Ivy has made several changes to ensure its customers are safe during store visits. Face coverings and no-touch door openers are now available for purchase. Signs are posted to ensure social distancing practices are being followed and customers must wear face coverings in the store. Dressing rooms are unavailable for use while shopping.

The store, along with the entire university, has moved to a cashless campus system for all transactions. There will be hand sanitizer available at all registers, and staff have increased their cleaning schedules.

Throughout the year, faculty and staff will receive a 20% discount on products purchased, as well as interest-free loans on computers. As a special September promotion, faculty and staff will receive 30% off purchases at Brick & Ivy. Brick & Ivy also will continue to have varying offers like tax-free days, madness sales and more.

Brick & Ivy is open 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.
