Steve Schraub works at Miami for a lot of the same reasons you work here: flexibility, beautiful campus, vacation/sick time, pension plan and tuition fee waiver, just to name a few. 

Approximately 4,800 full- and part-time faculty, staff and graduate assistants are employed by the university, the largest employer in Butler County.
