
IT services' support desk winter break hours

The IT services’ support desk will be available over most of the winter break to answer questions and help solve problems.
To be sure you have access to technology help when the support desk is closed, IT services offers several choices:
- Look for answers in the IT Services Knowledge Base
- For urgent IT issues, call the support desk (513-529-7900) and choose option 5. The off-site, after-hours location will answer your call and then contact an on-call support desk staff member.
- Unless you are OK with waiting, don’t send email to the support desk on the days it is closed. Those messages will not be read until the staff are back.
Winter break schedule for IT services’ support desk
Dec. 24: Closed
Dec. 25: Closed
Dec. 26–31: 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
Jan. 1, 2017: 10 a.m.–7 p.m.
Jan. 2, 2017: Return to regular hours
