UPAC lunch on Halloween offers spooky stories from Miami's past
It is said that Peabody Hall is haunted by the ghost of Helen Peabody.
Miami University employees Steve Gordon and Donna Boen will share “Ghostly and Eerie Stories from Miami’s Past” at the unclassified personnel advisory committee (UPAC) networking lunch, noon-1 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 31, at Maplestreet Commons.

Gordon, administrator of McGuffey Museum, will team with Boen, editor of Miamian alumni magazine, to share stories about the ghost of Helen Peabody, the disappearance of Ron Tammen in Fisher Hall, among others.

The lunch will be held in a private room, formerly Americas. The faculty/staff lunch price for the buffet is $7.50.
