Miami offers convenient printing order services with an online portal

print-press Miami University joined the Ohio Higher Education Printing Consortium in 2016, and printing services for the consortium are provided by Xerox Corp.

Xerox offers a variety of services, including project consultation, printing of small and large quantity orders, bindery, finishing and large format printing — all of which can now be accessed at MiamiOH.edu/XeroxPrinting. Printing of personal orders are welcomed as well and can be placed through the same portal.

The print portal can be accessed with your unique ID and integrates SmartPrint Technology, which allows for online digital proofing in real time as you place your order.

Xerox^TM also offers convenient billing options, using university departmental or student organization billing/account codes, credit/debit card or MULaa purchases. There is also a pricing feature that estimates your project as you build and changes your options within the system.

All orders are checked before going into production, and a final cost can be furnished before printing, if needed. If there are any issues with the order, you will be contacted. Quotes and proofs are available as well.

Delivery options available at checkout include pickup at the Mail and Package Center in Shriver Center and desktop delivery. Desktop deliveries cost $25. There will be daily deliveries to all Miami campus locations, Monday-Friday.

Miami faculty, staff and students will benefit from the volume pricing that Xerox offers, as well as an on-site client associate at Miami's Oxford campus and a full staff at the Shared Services Center, where the orders are produced.
