Goodbye, 2020! As we look forward to a better, less stressful year, we want to share with you some information that allows you to get the most out of your benefits.

Impact Solutions EAP Changes

Impact Solutions, our employee assistance program (EAP) has now introduced a new work/life website and mobile app called MYLIFEEXPERT.com. This service is still at no cost to all Miami employees. Access to the site is now allonehealth.com/impact-solutions/, but the phone number remains the same, 800-227-6007.

To take advantage of the services, you will need to create an account and log in. Miami's company code remains Miamioh, and you only need an email address, user name, and password to create your account.

Benefits and Wellness Website

Our website is currently undergoing some updates, but you should still be able to find everything you need. We would like to highlight the two newest additions to our homepage, links to our new benefits forms library, and free webinar schedule. Watch for the addition of informational and instructional videos later in the spring.

Healthy Miami

Although we did lose our entire wellness team of two within 6 months last year, we will do our best to continue the Healthy Miami focus on wellness. Our goal is to provide you with resources that assist you in your wellness goals. These include our EAP, Impact Solutions; Cerner Wellness, your Healthy Miami portal administrator; Anthem; free webinars; and the benefits staff.

Don't forget that your deductible and out-of-pocket maximums reset beginning January 1, 2021.

Please note that if you had the plan last year and did not change from one plan to the other, you would not have received a new ID card for 2021. If this is the first year you enrolled in medical coverage or changed from one plan to the other in 2021, you should have received your ID card in December or early January.
