Introducing Outdoor Pursuits Camp: Your child will be encouraged to explore and play in nature actively. They will develop friendships and learn outdoor living skills such as cooking over a campfire and navigating trails with a map and compass. We will hike, explore the creek, play games like capture the flag, and have adventures on the high-challenge course. Watch your child’s confidence grow as the week progresses. The camp will culminate with an optional family camp-out on Friday night at Hueston Woods State Park.

A day might look like...

• 8:00 am - 8:30 am: Drop-off/check-in & open recreation
• 8:30 am - 11:30 am: Basic first aid & scenarios, overnight planning from on top of the high-challenge course
• 11:30 am - 1 pm: Build fires & cook lunch
• 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Hike to Bachelor Pond using maps/compasses
• 3:00 pm: Parent pick-up
