For over 25 years, Miami University's CraftSummer program has provided classes and workshops during the summer to strengthen creativity, develop personal expression, and provide a sense of community among adults over the age of 18 who are interested in art, design, and the crafts. During five summer weeks, nearly 30 nationally-selected instructors offer programs that have gained a growing reputation for bringing together artists and craftspeople. Check out the 2016 CraftSummer workshop schedule, with more information soon to come!

Recently, the CraftSummer program expanded to include CraftWinter, comprised of offerings during Winter Term; as well as Weekend Workshops, intensive workshops covering such topics as jewelry-making and glass beading that can be taken in a weekend.

There are still openings for Fall 2015 and Winter 2016 workshops, all held at the Art Center, located in Phillips Hall on Miami's campus. Learn more and register>>
